Katarzyna Białekattorney at law
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw.
She completed the program of the Center for American Law Studies at the University of Warsaw and the University of Florida College of Law and, as part of the Erasmus scholarship program, she studied at the Faculty of Law Rijksuniversiteit Groningen (Netherlands).
She also completed attorney at law training at Warsaw Bar Association.
In her practice, Katarzyna merges real estate law, law of commercial companies and partnerships as well as contract law.
She has extensive experience in conducting due diligence of real estates. She participated directly in numerous transactions of acquisition, sale and financing of real estate. She also rendered legal services with regard to day to day operation of entities active on office, warehouse and commercial real estate market.

Maria Janickalegal adviser
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź. Legal counsel, member of the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Łódź. Participant of Postgraduate Studies Academy of Leadership at the Warsaw School of Economics.
She specializes in business law, in particular corporate services for companies and transaction advice, handling mergers, acquisitions, transformations and joint-venture investments, including capital market law regulations. She has experience in providing legal services relating to processes of obtaining financing for business, development and implementation of cross-border investment strategies for Polish entrepreneurs, as well as introducing foreign investors to the domestic market.
She gained her experience in renowned law firms and an international capital group operating in the sector of recycling and trading in recyclable materials. From the holding level, she was in charge of legal services for several companies forming part of the capital group and comprehensively carried out M&A transactions of Polish and foreign companies, including an American company.

Katarzyna Kostońattorney at law
A graduate of the European University of Law and Administration in Warsaw. Attorney-at-law, member of the Warsaw Bar of Advocates.
In addition, Katarzyna completed postgraduate studies in the area of the Companies and European Law at the University of Warsaw. She is also a graduate of The College of Law of England and Wales and International Bar Association (UK) with the International Practice Diploma in EU Anti-trust Law.
Katarzyna specializes in mergers and acquisitions including sale and acquisition of companies and enterprises as well as their post-transactional integration and restructuring. She has been involved in numerous private M&A transactions advising private equity funds, private investors, and various other Polish and foreign businesses and corporations. Katarzyna has an extensive experience in representing investors before various administrative bodies (including, Local Government Appellate Board, Energy Regulatory Office, Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, Ministry of the Interior and Administration), Voivodship Administrative Courts and Highest Administrative Court.
Katarzyna has extensive experience in rendering legal services and transactional advisory to energy sector, car industry and FMCG.
In the years 2012-2017 Katarzyna advised Wento Sp. z o.o., a company investing in renewable energy as well as energy storage projects created by Enterprise Investors – a leading private equity/venture capital fund manager in CEE. Before that, in the years 2002-2011 Katarzyna worked for Norton Rose Fulbright Warsaw office, in corporate finance and M&A team and for Norton Rose Fulbright Brussels office (Belgium) being part of competition law team.

Anna Lachattorney at law
A graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław. Attorney at law, member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
Anna also graduated from the Teaching Law in Foreign Languages Lab, International Law Chair of the Wrocław University. Additionally she’s a licensed mediator (Legal Training Centre in Katowice).
She specializes in new technologies law, data protection, e-commerce, IT, as well as in labour law, contract law and due diligence. Anna has experience in negotiations, drafting opinions on implementation and maintenance contracts in many IT projects, as well as in introducing regulations and policies of programs, applications or internet portals for IT clients. She was involved in auditing and implementing data protection policies for clients from IT and e-commerce industries, negotiated many commercial contracts, advised on transformation of companies and selection of an appropriate legal form for ventures in the field of new technologies. Conducting legal due diligence in the field of real estate is also one of the points in her professional career.
At GSW Legal, she specializes in advising entrepreneurs in contract negotiations and provides consultancy services in IT and new technologies field. In addition, she drafts opinions on legal documentation for start-ups and prepares corporate and data protection related documentation.

Marzena Obiedzińska-Wójciklegal adviser
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She also graduated from the Faculty of Management, Information Systems and Finance at the Wroclaw University of Economics, with specialization in Finance Management. Paulina Siwekattorney at law trainee
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the School of British Law organized by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge. Currently, she is an attorney-at-law trainee at the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
